Before valid instruction can begin, we must understand the student's current cognitive map.
The 45-minute diagnostic is not a "test" to pass or fail. It is an investigation into how the student approaches new problems. We test for logical intuition, persistence, and pattern recognition—not just syntax knowledge.
Based on the diagnostic, we construct a 6-12 month learning path.
This blueprint is unique to the student. It defines the specific modules they will cover, the depth of theory required, and the milestones for the year. This is our contract of expectation with the parent.
Sessions are conducted 1:1. Always.
In a group of 5, a student hides their confusion. In a 1:1 session, confusion is addressed immediately. Our faculty are trained to withhold answers and guide students to find the solution themselves, building genuine confidence.
Learning is non-linear.
every 12 weeks, we conduct a formal review with parents. We analyse the projects built, the concepts mastered, and the struggle-points encountered. If the blueprint needs adjustment, we calibrate it here.
